Our home is an ex display home of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is 3 years old. It has modern finishings. 2 mins away from the Novetel Hotel and 7 minutes away from the beautiful Swan Valley. Shopping centre is 7 minutes drive. Bus stop is right outside the house. Or we can do airport pick ups and drop offs at a small fee.

About the Area
At just half an hour from Perth, Ellenbrook is far enough away to be a haven, yet close enough to be in easy reach of almost everything you’ll need.
The town and the surrounding eight villages are all designed so a quality lifestyle is within reach of everyone, no matter what your budget or stage of life. It’s why we’ve won more awards than any other new town, including being named the best master-planned community in the world.
In our vibrant town centre you’ll find plenty of shopping, eating and entertainment, whilst a short drive will get you to Morley Galleria, Midland Gate Shopping Centre, Lakeside Joondalup. And of course, there’s the beautiful Swan Valley, golfing at The Vines and acres of parkland at Whiteman Park.
Eight villages surround the town-site of Ellenbrook, all with easy access to plenty of schools, parks, walk trails, community centres and much more. First there was Woodlake Village - now there’s also The Bridges, Coolamon, Morgan Fields, Charlotte’s Vineyard, Malvern Springs, Lexia. Our newest and final village is Annie’s Landing. There’s also our neighbouring private estate, Woburn Park at The Vines. We have plenty of blocks in Annie’s Landing, Malvern Springs, Woburn Park and in the town centre, at our newly developed Reveley.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
