My house is large, Victorian-style house, 7 km from Brisbane city center, 11 minutes by car, 20 minutes walk from the Griffith University, now has a university student residence, there are two rooms can be rented, although we'll live together, but a large house, a good distribution function of each area, we will not interfere with each other, we are all early students come to Australia, my family are all in English as the main language of communication, but I can speak Chinese and English, Korean, and I can say that Mr. English, we are engaged in Australian immigration, education agents work.

Our family 7 km from Brisbane city center, driving 11 minutes from holland park west bus station 10 minutes walk, walk to Griffith University (mt gravatt) 20 minutes from the 2 km in diameter, there is Mt Gravatt shopping nearby center to walk for 15 minutes. You can look into the distance of Brisbane city center.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
