We are accepting Asian background students over 18 years old only at this stage due to similar culture background. You will be provided with 3 meals per day and fully furnished room. You will live with a warm and friendly family. Both my husband and myself are professional work background. We will look after you as part of our family. Minimum stay one month. Prefer longer stay students. Sorry no smoking, and no pets. 我们希望找到合适的中国或者亚洲同学入住，我们提供所有你需要的家庭设施，包括三餐， 你只需要拎包入住，我们热情友善，会把入住的同学当成家庭的一份子共同生活，希望你干净整洁，不抽烟酗酒，没有其他不良习惯。最短入住时间为一个月，长期寄宿的同学优先，女孩优先。

About the Area
Our house is located in western suburb of Adelaide. It is about in the centre between City, beach and Airport. Quite easy to go anywhere. About 15 minutes drive to the city or to the beach. Only 10 minutes driving to Airport. 10 minutes walking distance to the local shopping centre, and 5 minutes to the bus station.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
