My Apartment is opposite Monash University Caulfield Campus
I have a dog named Sparkie he a rescue dog I've had him for 5 years. I also have a cat Lucy Liu who is also a rescue cat I've had her for 4 years. They are house trained and spend a lot of time inside.
I have a small courtyard with a garden which is great when the weather is nice including a Weber Q
barb-b-que.
I don't speak any other languages and would prefer someone who understands English well.
I am very easy to live with I've had students living with me for 3 years.
I have my own car as there is an allocated space on the property.
The property is a secure apartment with keys and keypad for the front entrance and a remote control for the rear carpark.
I have all cooking facilities available for a homestay guest.
The bathroom is shared and includes a washing machine and dryer.
Internet is included in the rent.
I am a tidy and clean person and would like someone to stay with the same values.
Thank You for looking at my Apartment.
Cheers
Debbie

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
