Our stylish and contemporary /federation villa offers the perfect choice if you’re looking to live close to the best schools in Adelaide & Universities. It's within walking distance to the city and located in Medindie, it is a short drive to the CBD which boasts many fine restaurants and historical places to visit such as the Adelaide Museum & Art Gallery, State Library & is in the catchment zone of the new Botanic high school.
Medindie is a lovely leafy suburb and has a nice park, it is one of Adelaide’s most prestigious suburbs and is full of some of the most stunning heritage homes and historic mansions.
We have a spare bedroom as all of our children are grown up and live either interstate or overseas. I live most of the time on my own as my husband travels. The house is very quiet and it would be nice to have another person in the house. We are ideally looking for a friendly university student who is independent and doesnt 'mind doing their own cooking & tidying up after themselves. I will sometimes be away travelling so we will need someone who is comfortable with being on their own sometimes!

Our stylish villa is perfectly located close to the best schools, colleges & universities in Adelaide.
It is located in Medindie which a short drive to the CBD & Adelaide Univesity or a nice walk or bus journey. We live in a beautiful area, it is one of Adelaide’s most prestigious suburbs and is full of some of the most stunning heritage homes and historic mansions.
We have a room to let as our three children have grown up and now study overseas & interstate. We're ideally looking for a friendly easy going university student who is independent and able to cook and look after themselves.Our house is very quite, often it's just me as my husband travels frequently overseas.
We are happy to provide a desk and you will have your own bathroom most of the time. OUr house will be very quiet and relaxing. There is plenty of room and it offers privacy.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
