The Apartment is placed near the center of Melbourne, with the city and Queen Vic Market only 10 mins walk away, with Melbourne University only footsteps to the north and RMIT only moments to the south. Tram stop right at the door step!

You will share this apartment with me. Two bedrooms are next to each other. Bedrooms are equipped with sliding doors, so rooms CANNOT be locked (please refer to the pictures provided). The master room in modern apartment you will live in has a great view. Bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, full windows, desk and office chair. Perfect for individual guest that is here for work or being a tourist. Students who are looking for a temporary place to stay are also welcome.
Great sunlight in the morning as well as views at night. Free washer/dryer in the physical apartment. Adjustable AC/heat in the living room.

About the apartment and the room:
- Please be aware that NO LOCKED DOORS for both bedrooms! Large Sliding Doors ONLY!
- Wireless internet login information contained in the listing's wifi section. Please check there, was not visible to some guests. If not, host can provide directly.
-Please take off shoes after entering apartment. Keeps apartment floors cleaner.
-Closet and shelf of bedroom is available for guest use.
- Large shampoo bottle and shower gel on the bath floor is for guest use if needed.
- If cooking, please clean pots & pans after use.
-Trash room is around the corner and recycling room is next to elevator bank.
- please leave washer machine door slightly open to air out and prevent mold.
-AC/Heater should be kept on 'Auto' mode on desired temperature. Please turn off when not in the apartment.
Food and drinks:
- There is an Asian supermarket downstairs. Also a 7-11 food/grocery store one block away.
-The website/app "Yelp" is a good starting point for restaurants.
Quiet Time:
-Please observe quiet time between 10PM to 7AM
-Be considerate of other residents re reasonable noise levels.
-No shouting and loud noises. No parties. No smoking. No pets.
Checkout:
- Leave keys on the table of the room.
- Turn off AC/heater.
- Lock the balcony door.
- Lock the apartment door when leaving and double check it's locked.
You have access to your bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
- Fresh towel and linens are provided when you come
- The first layer of the fridge is for guest use
- Free washer/dryer in the closet of the bath room
- Dishes & utensils in the kitchen shelf
- Cookware in the kitchen closet

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
