Welcome to your new home.
The house is both quiet and comfortable, with open living and large spaces. built in robes, and a double bed, Internet is also available upon request.The light breakfast provide .
The house is in a central location of Melton, close to bus stops with three buses on route to Melton train station.
Wood Grove Shopping Centre is only a 15 minute walk, and ALDI being only a few minutes away, as well as Tasman Meats.
Melton is only 35 mins drive from the City and an hour by public transport (bus 15 min + train 45min)
I am looking for someone clean and tidy who cleans up after themselves, keeps the kitchen and their rooms clean. Someone who pays rent on time, is reliable and responsible
You must switch off all power when you leave your room, as wasted electricity will incur larger bills and can be avoided.
The house is located in a quiet street with friendly neighbours. I have a male dog who is microchipped and lives in the backyard, he is strictly an outside dog and finds it difficult to get along with other pets, so no other animals will be alllowed.
A Police check or Rental References will be required
Someone who is a full time worker or a student, do not contact me if you are not serious and if you do not meet these requirements, I have no time for time wasters!

Swimming pool and gym is biggest in western suburb in Melbourne also cheap membership

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
