We have a spare room in our 4 bedroom tree house in Newport, Pittwater.
The house has incredible views over Pittwater and a huge deck all around the house, it is lovely to sit out there and watch the boats go by.
We are an easy going busy family of 3 plus our furbaby Rigby the dog, a 4 year old Westie x Cocker Spaniel...he is super cute!!
You will need to be fit though to stay at our house due to the very steep driveway you must come up to get here. There is no parking available. There is parking in the street but it's limited. You can catch the Keoride to the nearest hub or bustop and bline which will take you into the city relatively quickly.
The room has a double bed and built in wardrobe and a desk can be provided.
You will have access to a bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet and share that with our 14 year old daughter so females are preferred.

About the Area
Newport is a laid back surf town with great restaurants and a few bars and the beach right there. There is a Coles supermarket and 7- eleven petrol station. Lots of cafés and cool fashion shops. Bus stops take you into Manly or the city.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
