I have 2 -bedrooms available in a townhouse, guests share bathrooms with other guests., The perfect Home Stay for students and those on business trips. The area is quiet and near the ocean.
You will be just a 10-minute walk from the nearest train and bus station, supermarkets, restaurants, and local business district.
Located upstairs are the available rooms both are close to the bathroom, fitted with ceiling fans and fire alarms.
The kitchen has available fridge space, pantry space, and happy to share . The laundry is in the garage and available for use. A small courtyard is accessible via the rear of the house.
I share my home with my two cats Nando, and Dashi.

About the Area
My home is on the southeast side of Brisbane City, the area is a quiet neighbour hood, close to the water and bay. I am situated between 2 train stations which is about a 10-15 walk easy access to shops and restaurants, close to Cleveland and Ormiston train station has Translink to buses . I am a 40-minute drive to the airport about 1hour 30 minutes to the Gold Coast and live 45 min train to Brisbane city.

I had a very beautiful time at Dulcie's house. The house is located in a very quiet area and the house is very clean, including the bathrooms. Dulcie is very lovely, kind, friendly and a pleasure to live with. I am sure you all will have a wonderful time at Dulcie's house. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a homestay in Brisbane :))

Dulcie is definitely the best homestay host in Australia. She is so kind, compassionate and lo.
Dulcie's home is very beautiful and comfortable. It is white and clean!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
