About the Area
Home is located north of the city, 5 kilometres from city, public transport is West Coburg Tram 58, stop 41, and 6-minute walk to stop, buses 510 and 512 also take you from east to west. There are a few coffee cafes in walking distance and a supermarket 20 minute walk or coles at Tram stop 30. Also buses take you to Coburg shopping street which has everything you need. There is a park for walking and exercising 3 mins along the street from home. Room has single bed and share kitchen, it is an older style home, single fronted with front and back garden. There is street parking outside of home. We have 3 cats, one indoors, so must be pet tolerant. Home is water wise and mindfull of energy consumption ie, turn off power after use. I am a single retired lady and happy to have company in my home, so up to 3 nights is requested. Pascoe Vale South is a family oriented suburb and quite area. Convenient to public transport to city and close to Royal Melbourne Zoo, Queens Victoria Market and Crown Casino and Southbank. Tram 58 takes you to Flinders Street for trains and Federation Square. It takes 15mins by car airport along Tullarmine airport. Exit at Coburg Bell St. Wifi is available for your convenience. Offer many suggestions of where to sightsee or visit and how to travel there. My home is a great place to start your vacation or working holiday.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
