I live in a beautiful area of Queensland on the Sunshine Coast. Close to many beautiful beaches, cafes, restaurants and outdoor activities. The room is in a self contained private unit off the main house and comes with own bathroom, kitchen, Dining and on outdoor comfortable patio area with great views. All rooms have ceiling fans and there is safe on street parking. My house is in a canal estate and away from the main busy tourist areas. There is a golf course close by and nice wide walking paths. This area has a lot to offer people of all ages. I can provide breakfast and will leave food in the fridge provided for you to eat at you leisure. There is lots of public BBQ's in the area. Can provide cooking utensils and picnic items.

About the Area
Our house if located behind the Pelican Waters shopping centre approximately 10 minute walk. away from busy streets. You can catch a bus to the shopping centre from Caloundra which is 7 mins by car. Ths area is popular for walking and bike riding. The house is in the new estate running paralell to Bells Creek with the waters running into Golden Beach /Pumicestone Passage Marine Park. Kite surfing is poplular at Golden Beach and paddleboarding. Caloundra which is about 6 minutes by car with lots of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants (seafood very good) and nice fashion boutiques and supermarkets.

House Rules
No smoking on the property. Entry door must be kept locked when you leave or enter the house for security. If you use the kitchen clean up the area. Hang up wet towels on racks provided after use.
If is looks like rain please close the windows in your immediate area.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
