I live in the heart of historic East Fremantle in a recently renovated character bungalow, near all central Fremantle cafe and restaurant havens, gorgeous river walks and a vast and wild ocean.
The house has 3 enormous bedrooms, and you would be sharing with myself, a Freo local and traveller, and my housemate who recently hails from Holland. As well as my lovely cat!:)
I am studying marketing and writing - am writing my first book!:), and my housemate has a life coaching business.
This is my home, and anyone who shares it is invited to share in this ambience. We regularly cook and share meals together, or share retreat downtime in the evening.
House has plenty of living space that brings the outside in. A lounge and dining room open onto their own private courtyards, there is also a covered front patio, and a deciduous and eucalypt front garden.
House is great in winter with an open fire place.
Wonderful in summer with giant ceilings keeping inside cool.
We are located near bus, train, river, beach. Notre Dame University, Murdoch University and Curtin University is not too far away either.
We are a very friendly household and are looking for a similarly friendly person to join us in our house we call home.

About the Area
Our home is 5 mins from the historic cafe and restaurant hub of Fremantle, the Swan River, and a wild and open Indian Ocean. Even closer are smaller cafe and community enclaves such as the George St precinct.
This is a quiet family suburb, populated by expensive and old world homes, mostly gentrified with contemporary architect. It is very birdy and they create a constant ambience day and night. I had an owl in my front garden one night. It is an extremely safe suburb to live in.
You can walk to the river within 10 minutes. Cycle to the beach in 15 mins. Of course its all much faster if you are on car wheels.
A bus stop is 5 mins away, and you are close to the Fremantle train line.
Notre Dame University, in the heart of historic Fremantle is also 5 mins away. Curtin University and Murdoch University are not too far by .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
