Hi, my name is Glaiza. I am a mum of two adorable kids namely Gabby (5 years old) and Ava (3 years old). I worked as a registered nurse in Intensive Care Unit and so does my husband, Arniel. We are all very happy, kind and warm people. We love our home because it's full of positive and calm vibes. My children are the sweetest. I also have my mum who is staying with us. She is from overseas and is only visiting us till October. She is the best cook ever and a lot of students who stayed with us in the past really loved her cooking. I also have two dogs but they are only outside dogs. They are not allowed inside the house. Their names are Mila (Schitzu) and Balty (Maltese).

About the Area
Our house is located 29km to Melbourne CBD and normally it would take 45 minutes to reach the city via public transport. Our house is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. The 497 bus will take you to Williams Landing Train Station and it would take 30 minutes to reach the CBD.

House Rules
1. You will be given a spare key for the security door and the main door so please take care of it and don't lose it.
2. Please don't bring friends inside the house.
3. Please don't go home drunk.
4. No parties organised by guest in the house.
5. You can use the kitchen if we are around the house to prevent any accidents.
6. Laundry is once a week.
7. Maintain cleanliness inside the house especially in your room.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
