Historic character home in funky Port Kembla! Gorgeous spacious room with own ensuite and open fireplace for rent, access to separate sitting area, new kitchen, dining and living area! 5 mins walk to train and buses and cafes, 15 min drive to Wollongong CBD, 10 min walk to Warrawong Shopping Centre, 20 min walk to the cleanest and best beach in NSW! Sharing with friendly and worldly mother and son, who love to travel and mum is a chef so you will eat well!!!!

About the Area
Our home is 9km from Wollongong CBD, the buses and train station are only a 5 min walk, Port Kembla beach is a 20 min walk or borrow our pushbike!! We are close to Lake Illawarra, Figtree and Warrawong Shopping Centre, and the University of Wollongong is easily accessible via public transport.

House Rules
Prefer quiet guests that clean up after themselves and keep their room and ensuite clean and tidy. Also ask that guests are mindful of water wastage, as it is a precious resource and that showers are kept to 5 to 10 minutes maximum, and full loads of washing only. If unsure of anything feel free to ask!!!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
