We are a friendly accommodating family (F38, M44 with a baby 15 months) providing short term living experiences. We are dedicated to fostering a positive atmosphere for learning and relaxation. We enjoy walks, experiencing cultural activities such as festivals and markets. We have travelled to many countries and enjoy meeting new people.

The room is a double room (with a lock) close to public transport, 12 min walk to train station, 45min to CBD by train and 20min bus direct to airport. You will have your own private bathroom and access to all other shared spaces including a retreat, kitchen with full amenities including barista coffee machine, gym, games room, laundry and living space. Your room is upstairs in a big house so you will feel a sense of your own space. The retreat/games area is also available for you to work, rest and play.

All bills and utilities, internet and light breakfast and snacks are included in the rate.

Our home is opposite a recreational area, near a lake for walks and 12min walk to supermarket and restaurants.

We speak fluent English, and basic Portuguese and Vietnamese as well.

Nós somos uma família acolhedora e amigável (mulher de 38 anos, homem de 44 anos com um bebê de 14 meses) que oferece experiências de vida a curto prazo. Estamos comprometidos em promover uma atmosfera positiva para aprendizado e relaxamento. Gostamos de caminhadas, de participar de atividades culturais como festivais e mercados. Já viajamos para muitos países e gostamos de conhecer pessoas novas.

O quarto é um quarto de casal (com chave) próximo a transporte público, a 12 minutos a pé da estação de trem, 45 minutos até o centro da cidade de trem e 20 minutos de ônibus direto para o aeroporto. Você terá seu próprio banheiro privativo e acesso a todos os outros espaços compartilhados, incluindo um retiro, cozinha completa com todas as comodidades, incluindo máquina de café barista, gym sala de jogos, lavanderia e espaço de convivência.

Todas as contas de gás, água e eletricidade, internet e um café da manhã leve e snacks estão incluídos na taxa. (Berço pode ser fornecido mediante solicitação) Nossa casa fica em frente a uma área de lazer, perto de um lago para caminhadas e a 12 minutos a pé de supermercado e restaurantes.
