Large lovely private home in cul de sac with on street and off street parking. Recommend you have your own vehicle given transport connections and location. Direct bus to City and Gordon from top of street.
15 min drive to Macquarie University and shops
20 min drive to Chatswood
Shared pool, outdoor space, large balcony with leafy views, ducted a/c, shared kitchen, bath and laundry. Wifi. 2 rooms as part of total rent, hoping for someone who would like to use one as bedroom and other as study/sitting room.
My 2 boys, dog and I live in the home and would like to offer 1/2 the top level for rental accommodation. I am available to provide guidance and support to guests.

The stay with San was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed into her beautiful home - it felt like a home away from home, as San's hospitality made my experience memorable. From nice chats to helpful local tips, San made sure I felt completely at ease during my time here. At the same time, I was given the privacy I needed. The location is surrounded by a green forest and very peaceful. If you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere, comfortable accommodation, and a nice host, look no further. I cannot recommend staying with San highly enough. Thank you, San, for this unforgettable stay!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
