Bedrooms available. We are close to a river, with nice walks. We have a pool and friendly back yard. Close to train station and buses. You can get to anywhere in the city from our place. Quite neighborhood. Wifi included. You have your own room with double bed, Cupboards, bookshelves, large window and a 2 seater couch with coffee table. Our home is a happy family , we have a dog and three cats. We are friendly and love to have you come and share our home. I have travelled all over the world and understand what it feels like to have somewhere you an stay that you feel safe and secure. So come stay with us while you are travelling.

About the Area
Our home is located in a quite area, only 2km from train station, a 20 minute walk. The bus stop is only 3 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop. We are only 25km from city centre and only 20 minutes drive from the airport. Drive to beaches is easy and we have lots of walks around our area including Georges River National Park.

Keep noise to a minimum. Must clean up after yourself and be prepared to help with some house work.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
