We are lovely family with 3 kids, our location is excellent. close to all transport. we have extra bedrooms so looking forward to nice friendly house mates. The two bedrooms available are in a self contained flat downstairs with its own bathroom.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet street with convenient access to everything. Under 3 minutes walk to bus stations for bus to CBD, Chatswood, North Sydney, Macquarie and Ryde. City is only 15 minutes away by bus. Otherwise Artarmon train station is 10 minutes on foot. 5-10 minutes walk to Lane Cove village with supermarkets, shops, cafes and pubs. Easy walking to aquatic centre, oval and plenty of gyms.

Ada was a wonderful host, she was very helpful and very nice. You could always ask her questions and she would do a lot to help you. She would offer to take you places if you liked to see more of the city. The house was very close to the bus station and shops and supermarkets. I liked my stay there :)
I was kept waiting at the door for more than 2 hours when I checked-in in the rain. Lucky my uber driver was fantastic. He waited with me.
The place was nothing like the picture. It was quite run down.
But that besides...when she finally arrived home, I was shown my room. There were no bedsheets nor blankets. I had to ask for them. I was told it was raining and they couldn't dry but was given a set anyway. It smelt dirty.
The carpets has stains & feels sticky when stepped on. So I had to keep my shoes on all the time.
On my first night, while I opened the bathroom door, a cockroach fell on me!
I booked for a week, but have discussed intentions to stay on for a month or more. But after all that I immediately look for another place to move to.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
