I am a professional lady. My home is a modern 4 bedroom & 3 bathroom house , 5 mins from the beach of Little Bay. Bus to the city and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney is 5 mins walk away. The University of NSW (UNSW), is about 20 mins on the bus. The area is surrounded by beaches, national parks with walking tracks and golf courses. Little Bay is a quiet location 20 mins drive from the city and 10 mins drive to the airport. I love this area as it is like living in a holiday resort, but so close to the city with restaurants, a wine bar and cafes in the immediate area and surrounding suburbs. The room for rent is fully furnished with built in robes. Internet is provided.

About the Area
Littel Bay is a quiet beachside location about 14 kms from the city centre. it is close to the famous beach areas of Bondi and Coogee and has good transport links by bus into the city and other locations. It is surrounded by golf courses and national parks. The house is in the Prince Henry Development which is the site of an old hospital, buildings are a mixture of old and new. A supermarket, cafes and medical centre and restuarants are all within 5 mins walk of the house.

House Rules
As I am very clean and tidy, I appreciate people who care for my home in the way I do. I also like people who are security conscious and look after my belongings as if they were their own. The kitchen is able to used to prepare light meals and I would prefer we discuss the extent this can be used prior to a booking being made.

She is very kind and neat. The neighborhood is also quiet and safe. She was so kind that I would like to live in her house again next time I go to Sydney. It was my first homestay and it was a great experience!

My stay with Juliet was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel right at home, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. With stunning beaches and a beautiful nature reserve just steps away, it truly felt like a slice of paradise. Everything you need is within walking distance, including a bus stop if you're looking to explore further. Juliet herself was amazing—always kind, welcoming, and incredibly friendly.

Juliet’s home is in a great area. There are shops and cafes around the corner and the beach is a short walk away. The room had plenty of storage and a balcony. Juliet was a good host, allowing us space to come and go as well as supporting us when we were in her home. Thank you Juliet you made our holiday comfortable.

Thanks a lot Juliet for having us (me and my wife) in your house, it was our first accommodation in Australia, the house and room were super clean and modernly designed, and little bay actually is such a lovely to stay in, Juliet was such a friendly lovely host she shared with us a lot of information and insights about the Australian culture and showed us around too, also she is very helpful, and well experienced so whatever you need to do or go she can tell what to do and how to get there.
Along also with the friendly housemate in the room next to us Linda,As an overall, our stay was very pleasant.

Juliet is such a nice and kind host. She have always been helpful and we felt very welcoming. Her place is really clean and cozy. The Bus stop is a 5 min. walk away and little bay is a calm and pretty neighborhood with a really nice beach. Thank you very much for having us Juliet :)

Juliet is a great host, made us feel very welcome. We have been for 3 months in Sydney and Julliet place. If you have any question what to do around the city you can always ask her. The house is located nearby the bus stop and really nice beaches. The house is great, we would say it’s a home from home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile.
