Husband and wife who love dogs have two rooms spare. We live 1 block from a large shopping centre with 2 grocery stores and a 24 hour shop Target. The bus stop is right next to this shopping centre and will take you to one of two stations: Either Miranda and from there it is literally 3 stops to the Cronulla Beach; or to Kogarah and from there it is 20 minutes to the Sydney CBD.
We have a large kitchen open plan living area. There is a large garden with leafy outlooks and shady trees. A gas barbeque is available for use by our guests. This is to be cleaned after use. We have 2 spare bicycles which our guests are welcome to borrow during their stay.
The Sutherland Shire is known for its family focus and there are two rivers which border this area. River cruises are available here or in the Sydney CBD at Darling Harbour.
It is 20 minutes by car to the Sydney Domestic and International Airports.
Additional Info
One bedroom has a king single (three quarter) bed with a built in cupboard and the second larger bedroom has a four poster double bed, also with a built in cupboard.

About the Area
Our home is located a few houses away from a main road which runs all the way from Sydney to Melbourne, called Princes Highway.
We are 30 minutes away from the CBD by train after a 15 minute bus ride just a block away from our home.
There are two large private and two public hospitals within 10 minutes.
The shopping centre down the road contains ten pin bowling, eateries, clothing stores, a 24 hour store called KMart (similar to Target) and 2 food chain stores e.g. Woolworths.

House Rules
Please keep home secure and ensure animals are safely inside at the back of the property when leaving and entering the house.
The kitchen is yours to use and there is a dishwasher - please keep this area tidy e.g. wipe counters to clean the crumbs.
The bathroom has a bath and shower and is yours to use as well - please tidy up after yourself.
There is a top loader washing machine available for use in the laundry.
Feel welcome and treat our home as if it is yours - with respect and consideration to others.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
