Hello from Australia!!
My name is Letitia and I own a beautiful brand new home. I am located in Warnervale on the Central Coast in New South Wales. My home is located in a quiet street which only has 2 streets and a no through road so there is no vehicle traffic within my area. I am 400m away from the train station and bus stops.
My home is 5 minutes from the motorway which is an access to travel south to Sydney or north to Newcastle. I am 10 minutes from the local shopping centre, 15 minutes from the large shopping centre and the beach. I’m just a walk away from the local cafe which does amazing coffee and food!
My home consists of 5 bedrooms, which I have 1 available to rent.
The queen room is on the second level of the home It has a custom built in wardrobe, TV mounted on the wall, designer chair, etc. This room will have access to the maim bathroom which is beautiful, spacious, free standing bath, extra large shower, etc. Guests will mostly have this bathroom to themselves. The room will be rented for $350 per week including bills. A full single can also be set on up the floor as the room is very spacious.
I have a pool with a cabana which is perfect for summer. I have a movie theatre, 2 other lounge rooms, a large kitchen with a butlers pantry, large outdoor alfresco, etc. All places in the house is accessible to anyone who stays. I have a gym located in the garage is want to be used. I have ducked air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. I have wifi, bbq. I have a double study desk upstairs.
Guest will be required to buy their own food to have, cook, etc
I have 2 sons aged 10 and 8. They go to school, have sports after school and on weekends and I have shared custody with their father so they are not always in the home.
I have a 10 year old ginger cat called MJ. He comes and goes from inside and outside the home as he pleases. He mostly sleeps.
I am looking for females to stay and no couples, smokers, heavy drinkers, no drugs, and no pets.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
