We are a small family living in a beautiful, clean 2 level 4 bedroom home. We enjoy music, movies, swimming, outings and socialising with friends and family. Our home is straight across the road from the ocean, parks and bbq areas. There is a bus stop across the road which can take you to the train station, shopping centre, hospital etc. Off street parking is available. The price covers the use of the entire lower level which has its own living area, kitchenette, outdoor dining area with a hooded bbq, bathroom and toilet. There is also a shared laundry and entry down stairs.. You’re more than welcome to use our kitchen upstairs to cook meals. Prior arrangement is appreciated. In the kitchenette you have everything except for an oven. Microwave, fridge, jug, toaster, electric fry pan, cutlery, utensils etc are all supplied for your use. Lower level must be kept clean throughout your stay. No dishes can be left unwashed as it will attract ants. Smoking permitted outdoors.
Only paying guests can stay the night.
At times the lower living area will be in use by myself as I do body work, massages from home. I’ll let any guests know if and when it will be in use.

About the Area
Our home is a lovely clean 2 level home straight across from the ocean, parks, bbq areas and walkways.
We are on a main road and close to the bus stops, and a 2 minute walk to Bramble Bay Bowling Club. We live in a friendly neighbourhood. The public buses run to the train station, shopping centres and Redcliff Hospital. There is a beautiful market every Sunday on the Parade.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
