I share many joys with a lovely, sleepy dog, a shitzu Beethoven, in a cozy apt with 40 m, in a condominium with 24 hrs security with complete leisure area: pool, sauna, gym etc, our backyard is the wonderful park Aguas Claras, where we walk every day. The subway, shopping, bakeries, markets, halls etc, are less than 5 min from our sweet home. The neighborhood is fairly quiet but full of leisure cinema theater and traditional pubs where you can enjoy the best of MPB options. Savor food: Japanese, Mexican outras.Os between historical monuments in the capital are less than 20 minutes from our residence, we would love to share it all with you Obs; got a single room with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, the bed! This restricted you p (s). Oh if you have a small pet will be welcome she'll love strolling in the park with Beethoven.

Access is very easy, we have provided the subway less than 5 min, and several options d eônibus.Localiza up for 25 min from the International Airport, is a charming, quiet and safe neighborhood. It has a large trade going shopping, restaurants, cafes, traditional pubs and family, parks etc..

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
