Safe, spacious and cozy house in a wonderful place in direct contact with the Amazonian nature. We are neighbors of the Utinga State Park and our condominium has the differential of a milder and more pleasant climate (forest effect) in a privileged location with easy access to all neighborhoods in the city. The house is very large and guests will use 1 private suite, in addition to having access to shared areas (1 mezzanine with office, covered garage, patio, garden, kitchen, leisure areas, service and laundry room.

About the Area
The Condominium is located on Estrada da Ceasa, a quiet place that does not suffer from the noise and pollution of urban traffic, providing a unique experience of quality of life and contact with the Amazonian nature. The condominium is in the city center with easy access by 3 bus lines, taxi and urban mobility apps (Uber, POP 99, In driver etc).
Curió-Utinga is the largest neighborhood in terms of area in Belém, but its population is relatively small compared to other neighborhoods in the capital. Most of the neighborhood's territory is occupied by the green reserves and springs of the Utinga Environmental Park, which also houses the largest source of drinking water in the city, the Água Preta and Bolonha lakes.

House Rules
Respect the recommendations for social distancing as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic, as well as the use of masks when in shared environments. The guest will have their own exclusive room and bathroom, but will be able to use the shared spaces of the house (kitchen, living room, laundry, garden, outdoor area, covered parking, patio) and also the common areas (jogging track, volleyball/footvolleyball court , soccer field, convenience, square, children's toys etc...).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
