I live on a farm, 4 km from the city, we have an indoor kitchen and outdoor grill with another two furnished suites available, a large living room with fireplace, dining room, breakfast room and breakfast, conservatory, laundry , an orchard with fruit varieties, many waterfalls in the area, Cunha - SP is a Climate resort, next to the rainforest, we are 40 km from Paraty RJ and Potter Pole with many international artists residing and exposing their wonderful work. My house is a haven of peace, live with my father who is 82 years old, Japanese, and caregivers of our organic garden, have pets, dogs and cats, and your are welcome. We also have a good camping area

About the Area
Our house is situated 4 km from the city, Cunha Road / Campos Novos, a rural district, some organic gardens nearby, a restaurant at Pousada dos Sunflowers, which meets with advance reservation. A place with wonderful views, a creek crosses the property, our house is right at the top, and may even catch sight of the Serra da Mantiqueira.

House Rules
Smoking inside the home, pets in a kennel or staying loose on the outer area of the house is not allowed. We ask always cherish the silence, feel free to use the kitchen, keeping everything clean and in order, you can enjoy the orchard without waste. Before inviting a friend, must match before the entrance gates must always be closed. An animal care, as they enjoy the freedom.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
