Welcome to our house, which is located in a very pleasant and quiet place, ideal for resting, studying, working from home and getting out of the daily routine, sharing the same house with us during your stays.
We are close to several shops such as bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets and others....We are 4km from the historic center of Petrópolis and 2km from the famous Hotel Quitandinha.
Easy access to app drivers and Delivery.
Rooms available, which can accommodate up to two people per room.
There is full access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, television room and home office.
Common area is not shared with the owners but with other guests.
Guests are free to use the Garden, Swimming Pool (after consultation with the owners) and Gourmet area.
There is a television in the TV room and we have Wi-Fi in almost the entire property.
We speak Portuguese and Spanish

House Rules
House rules:
- Use of the pool will be agreed with us in advance.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors.
- Please keep our home safe and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
- Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean up after yourself.
- Pets are not allowed inside.
- Please do not bring strangers to our house. If you want to invite a friend, ask first.
- Please respect our home, but make yourself comfortable. Treat it like your own home during your stay.
- Please be quiet after 10pm.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
