Interaction with guests
Owner appreciates new friendships, if the guest so wishes, he is willing to discover, together with the guest, interesting places in the city. Having lived for four years in different countries, he is fluent in French, Spanish and English and is always willing to learn more.
Guest Access
Guests will have the opportunity to get to know pleasant and interesting places and people that circulate in our neighborhood, including the Embarcadero do Guaíba, a beautiful and new tourist-night spot that is 60 m away, the Teatro do Museu do Trabalho which is opposite, the Casa de Cultura Mário Quintana which is 200 m away.
The Neighborhood
Safe neighborhood with the presence of some barracks on the same street, which is the most traditional and well-known in Porto Alegre. We are in the city's Historic Center neighborhood and 10 minutes from the Gigante da Beira-Rio Stadium and 15 minutes from the Arena do Grêmio Stadium.
Coming and going
Buses, buses and taxis with easy access to all sides of the city.
Other observations
Walking around the center, you can watch a free Porto Alegre a Pé show that tells stories about the city, you can go shopping at Shopping Rua da Praia (which is another name for our street, because Guaíba used to come here). Harmonia Park with a beautiful walk along the Guaíba waterfront and the most beautiful sunset is 100 m away.

Our apartment is located at Windmills neighborhood, the most elegant and safe city. We are next to the Mall Windmills where the best shops in town, next to the Hotel Shereton which is a TOP hotel in Porto Alegre, a step in the Walk of Fame at Rua Padre Chagas and Parcão parade where the most beautiful athletes to .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
