Hi, welcome to my residence.
I am a lawyer and I live in the most beautiful city in Brazil, my Rio de Janeiro. The neighborhood is Copacabana, beautiful and surrounded by the beach. My little house is on the beach block. The building has a 24-hour doorman and elevators. Underneath the building we have a bus, subway and everything else you want.
I have lived in the last few years in Australia and in my first 03 months I stayed in a homestay. So I understand the need of my guests.

About the Area
Best Location Impossible, located in the heart of Copacabana. There are 100 meters of sandy beach and a short walk to the best restaurants, shops and bars. Banks, supermarkets, metro, taxi and bus all walk. The beach is the backyard of your house.
Copacabana is one of the most beautiful beaches in Rio de Janeiro, known as the little princess.
There is nothing better than walking the boardwalk, drinking coconut water and relaxing in front of the sea.
You are just a few steps from the most famous shops of Rio de Janeiro, take a walk along Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana to immerse yourself in the spirit of the Cariocas.

Meals

The kitchen is equipped with all household items (microwave, coffee maker, toaster ...)
The washing machine is available for 15 reais each time you use it.
The building is residential and has a 24 hour doorman.
The apartment is located a few blocks from the subway and just below the building you have access to a taxi and there is a block to all buses that run through the south zone.
The apartment is located in one of the best spots of Copacabana, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, hairdressers, pharmacy, banks ...
The apartment is renovated.
In a few days you will think that the beach is the backyard of your house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
