I live in a tree-lined street in the center of Rio de Janeiro, in Copacabana, in a residential and family building. My apartment is spacious, light and airy. Close to the famous Copacabana beach, with a large local market, it can do everything on foot. The property has three bedrooms, a large kitchen, laundry, parlor and dining. I love to receive people, I guarantee that your stay here will be very happy.

About the Area
My house is located in a neighborhood well known for its beauty, in an area that offers great entertainment with beach, cinema, numerous restaurants, bars, nightclubs, supermarkets, pharmacy, bus stop to the main sights of the city. Is also close to the best neighborhoods in the south, Ipanema and Leblon. E subway or bus you may know Lapa, a bohemian neighborhood and very entertaining.

House Rules
It is not allowed to smoke inside the house, use an electric iron inside the room, light candles, incense and the like. Animals are not allowed. Always keep the house clean and organized after use. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. It is not allowed to invite strangers. Please do not enter the house with shoes. Enjoy your stay. Payment in cash only upon arrival. It is not allowed to keep the key to the property. The hostess will be available at any time.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
