Hi, we are Thais & Waldir,
I Thais I am 42 years old and I am Advertising and photograph and Waldir is 49 years old is Accountant and Expert. Now without children the house got really big and empty. So we decided to be filled with joy again by getting people from all over the world. Our house is situated in the prosperous municipality of Maricá, known for its natural beauty particularly graced with beaches, rivers, lagoons, waterfalls and mountains. For a good pioneer this is the county of extreme sports. But also very quiet and with a crime rate of the smallest in Brazil. Life here is quiet for those who seek quiet. But radical for those who practice sports outdoors. We have a commercial airport (not international) and a bus station with direct bus to the center of Niterói or Rio de Janeiro. It is approximately 60 km to the center of Rio de Janeiro lasting one hour. In a comfortable bus, with air conditioning, tv, wifi and chargers for electronics. Our Municipality is also known as the major producer of Petroleum.
As for our house. We have an area of approximately 800 mts. Composed of main house, guest house, swimming pool, gourmet area, barbecue, garden and my photography studio. The house has 3 bedrooms being all suites and two more bathrooms. Two rooms, kitchen, laundry, office and TV room.

About the Area
Our house is located about 60 km from the center of Rio de Janeiro and 80 km from Santos Dumont Airport (about an hour's drive) and Tom Jobim International Airport (about 2 hours). Our municipality counts on free driving (within the municipality) and a bus station with comfortable and modern buses that go straight to Niterói bus station or Rio de Janeiro bus station

House Rules
Smoking is allowed only outside the house. The leisure area with swimming pool and gourmet area could be used with the time limit up to 23 pm. Because the house is in a gated community.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
