We live in the best building for young people. Morning sun and sea breezes in the rooms with panoramic windows and airy.
We have Wi-Fi 30 MB and a wide area of coexistence and My children hold meetings with tasting snacks and drink specials and all guests are invited to attend.
On the terrace barbecue and have the most beautiful view of Rio de Janeiro and we can make a "selfie" with Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Loaf and views of Guanabara Bay, all gorgeous !!!

You are in Botafogo, in the south of Rio de Janeiro. One block from metro station (Botafogo). Bus stops at the door, easy access to the Maracanã (stadium), Christ the Redeemer, Sugar Loaf, Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, Botanical Garden and others. All banks have agency in the street and several supermarkets, post offices, shopping malls (Rio Sul and Botafogo Praia Shopping).

Smoking in relation to the current law is not allowed. use the home with courtesy and respect, without waste and excess. by passive safety, people outside of stay are not allowed. the possible use of the kitchen should be combined at check in with payment at check-in cleaning fee per day of use: no frying £ 100.00. with fries £ 300.00. Keep noise to a minimum after 22:00 hours. Garbage is in the garbage, cleaning fee may be charged up. The family will provide support for you and Short Enjoy your stay in our home as if you were hosting us in your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
