Quiet and exclusively residential building on the Copacabana beach block. The apartment is at the back with a wide view, has 2 bedrooms, living room with dining table and 6 chairs, guest and service bathroom, area with washing machine, kitchen and pantry. The room advertised exclusively for 1 person (woman) is spacious and well ventilated, with a queen bed (Ortobom mattress), wi-fi, window air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers that can be used as a work or study table.
Areas shared with the hostess: living room with TV, bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry area with washing machine. I live alone in the apartment. We will only be 2 people. I will check you in myself.
Note; I also speak English, French, Spanish and German.
Payment method: Advance
25% of total payment. Once the online reservation is confirmed, the data will be sent to complete the payment.
Cancellation: No refund.

The apartment is located on a very pleasant tree-lined street, a block from the beach. Point gourmet, it has several restaurants for varied and sophisticated tastes. The best shopping in the neighborhood with boutiques, department stores, beachwear and fitness malls, markets, banks, pharmacies and 2 metro stations. Here you will be close to everything and in the best location for the beach. Enjoy everything that Rio has to offer at this charming address.

House Rules
It is recommended to wash your feet in the footbath located at the building's service entrance when returning from the beach, as well as using the service elevator in beach attire, as per condominium convention. There are showers on the beach that locals use to remove sand from their bodies when leaving the beach.
Please do not take food to the room. The large table in the living room is a suitable place for meals and snacks.
Please do not leave bath towels or wet clothes to dry in the room. There are dryers in the laundry area for this purpose.
For stays longer than 3 nights, the accommodation receives regular cleaning carried out by the host herself.
Washing machine available at no extra charge (once) only for stays longer than 10 days.

Check-out time: until 11:00
Check-in and check-out times are flexible, so it is possible to anticipate check-in as long as the room has already been vacated by the previous guest, or postpone check-out as long as the next guest is not due to arrive. . Exceeding the 2 hour grace period will be charged an extra fee for each additional hour.
No meals or breakfast are served, but the kitchen is equipped and available for guests to prepare their own meals, taking care to leave everything as clean as they found it. A refrigerator is also available for guests who wish to store their grocery purchases.
The house provides bed linen and bath towels, but does not offer hygiene products that are for personal use (such as shampoo, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush or hairbrush)
Beach oil stains, makeup on bed or bath linen will incur an extra charge corresponding to the value of the damaged item. To prevent this from happening, I suggest that you remove your makeup well when you get home from a night out and don't lie down in bed without taking a shower when you return from the beach.

Had a really nice stay with Ana Cristina. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean, nice location, near shops, bank, restaurant, close to the beach and public transport. I would highly recommend.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
