Excellent room in a large and comfortable apartment in the best location in Ipanema, on the corner of Avenida Visconde de Pirajá and Rua Garcia D'Avila.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen available for use with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, drinking water filter and utensils.
The bedroom in the listing has a single bed, bed linen, towel, closet, study table, ceiling fan, wi-fi and key in the door.
Building with 24-hour doorman and 1 parking space.
The Apartment has 3 bedrooms and I live in one of them and rent the other two.
Guests will have access to the living room, kitchen and bathrooms.
The bathroom is shared with the resident and the guest in the other room.

House Rules
This is a non-smoking home. If you need to smoke, I ask you to do so
outside the apartment and extinguish and dispose of the cigarette in a
proper.
Only guests who are on the original reservation can stay overnight.
Noise: guests must respect the designated quiet hours and avoid
disturbing the neighborhood with excessive noise (such as loud music, shouting, slamming doors,
etc.).
Cleanliness: Guests must not leave the accommodation in a state that requires cleaning
excessive or deep damage (such as moldy food dishes, dirty carpets, stains caused by
by pets, etc.).
The building has a place to CLEAN YOUR FEET AFTER COMING BACK FROM THE BEACH, located in the area
outside in the garage. Avoid dirtying the apartment with beach sand.
When eating or drinking in the rooms, TAKE WHAT WAS USED BACK TO THE KITCHEN, and pay attention
Be careful not to throw away cutlery with the waste you consumed.
Damage: When guests cause damage beyond normal wear and tear, we expect them to
REPORT DAMAGES TO THE HOST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WORK WITH THE HOST TO
find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for
refund if they are responsible for damage, lost items or cleaning costs
unexpected.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
