Apartment, one block from the beach, next to the Flamengo, inside a green area, south of the city, 10 minutes from Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, close to subway and bus lines in all directions of the city districts , commerce, banks, galleries, churches, parks, restaurants and pizzerias, Santos Dumont Airport and 15 minutes from the city center. The room is cozy for two people and can accommodate up to 03 with private bath, window overlooking the beach (Bay Guananbara), built-in cabinets, cable and wi-fi. Where you feel completely at ease.

The building was formerly a hotel. So the room I rent is independent of where I live. Guests will have all my support as host. We have direct intercom service between the apartments. Thus, the guest will have total privacy in your room that will be in your service. Is the key to come and go as you please. The 24-hour concierge.

The apartment is located in Praia do Flamengo, close to banks, post office, restaurants, pizzerias, galleries, shopping, subway, bus lines in every way roundtrip for every quarter of the city, near the Christ the Redeemer, Sugar Loaf, Santos Dumont Airport, neighborhoods with nightlife and LAPA SANTA TERESA, Copacabana, pharmacies, hospitals and supermarkets. It overlooks the beach (Guanabara Bay).

House Rules
As a matter of safety to keep the door to fit. closed, so as to get to the exit: Allowed pets; Allowed to use the kitchen, but clean it after using it; Do not bring strangers into the apartment, if you want to invite someone, combine before me; Avoid noise after 23 hours. Enjoy your stay and treat it as if it were your home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
