Welcome to your new temporary home! I am very happy to have you here soon. I hope you have a comfortable, welcoming and very pleasant stay.

Important Information Before Your Stay

1. Property Information:
The space is an entire apartment or room with: 01 suite and 02 more bedrooms, living and dining room and balcony, exclusive work space suitable for working and Wi-Fi in all environments. In an east position, airy and with sea views from all rooms, located on the 7th floor. All environments with custom furniture, all rooms have air conditioning (however, we ask that the use is rational and not used during the day and night), ceiling fan and decoration, garage, kitchen equipped with stove, table and chairs, refrigerator, freezer, appliances, excellent quality utensils and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, as well as a service area.
Near the property we have:
1.1 We have a supermarket 100 meters away
1.2 Banks and Commerce in a 200m river
1.3 Pharmacy in front of the building
1.4 Mac Donald is 300m away
1.5 Burger King is 100m away
1.6 Vila San Luig located 30m from the apartment, on the same street, with a great Italian Restaurant, Tavern Bar, Coffee Maker and a Wine Bar
1.7 Le Vin Restaurant with Contemporary food cellar is 600m away and in the same location the Cien Fuego Restaurant for Mexican food.

2. House rules to be followed respectfully
2.1. Respect for House Rules includes respect and civility towards property and neighbors

2.2 No Smoking and No Electronic Cigarettes Policy
2.3 No pets policy.
2.4 Events of any kind are not permitted.
2.5 Limit to guests only, we do not accept visitors or people who are not guests.
two.6 We do not accept new guests, once their stay has started, and who were not informed in advance when booking the accommodation.
3. Compliance with Local Regulations and Quiet Hours:
3.1 Quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am.
3.2. Parties, dinners, visits or similar are not permitted under any circumstances.

4. Check-in and Check-out Instructions:
4.1 Check-in: Flexible when previously agreed as long as it does not conflict with adequate preparation for the next visitors.
4.2 Check-out: At 11am. However, if there is an exception, please inform us in advance so that we can respond, when possible, without compromising adequate preparation for the next visitors.

5. Local recommendations:
Restaurants, cafes, bars, convenience stores, supermarkets, banks, shops, transport and pharmacies nearby: The Pituba neighborhood is a place where you will be close to everything. Shopping malls, gyms, seafront promenade, pharmacies, pastry shops, good bakeries, supermarkets, banks, laundry service and general commerce. All within a maximum distance of 200m. The location is very privileged, as you can do several activities walking. The bus and BRT stop is 100m away and Taxi, Uber and other apps are easily accessible.

6. Location and time of Access to the Property:
6.1 From the Airport to our apartment it is 25 minutes (22.6km) with free traffic.
6.2 Location: Bairro Pituba, Rua Amazonas

7. Arrival Procedures at the Property
7.1 Procedures for receiving the guest and keys: The keys are delivered personally by the owner. Check-in times are flexible, but must be agreed in advance with the Host so that we are ready to welcome you.
7.2 Procedures for returning keys: Keys must be returned in person, as far as possible, always respecting the check-out deadline.

11. Fast and Clear Communication
11.1. I ask that you report any problems or concerns to us immediately, by phone, in person or message promoting a quick solution.
11.2 Care and Respect for Property: Treat our property with respect, avoiding unnecessary damage.

12. Operation of electronics and household appliances:
12.1 Instructions for use for television: All TVs have a remote control
12.2 All rooms have air conditioning with remote control and ceiling fan
12.3. The bathrooms have electric showers with temperature control and hygienic showers.
12.4. In the laundry area there is a washing machine, clothesline and tank available for use.
12.5 The kitchen has: dining table, TV, air fryer, electric oven, popcorn maker, blender, waffle maker, dolce gusto coffee maker (we do not offer the coffee maker capsules, but you can purchase them at the supermarket for your personal use), stove gas with oven, electric kettle, refrigerator, freezer available for use.
12.3 The kitchen has a water filter that can be used without risk. And there are bottles of cold water in the fridge.
