Our family lives in São Paulo, Brazil, in the southern aerial quiet area with shopping nearby. Completely residential tree-lined street. Our house has a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen, bathroom, computer room, garage, garden internal winter, outdoor, aerial garden machine like washing etc.. On the side of the house was built a fully independent household, incluivea entry for the same, with bedroom and bathroom, fully furnished, and the host can use any external aerial quoted. Live with 2 single children, and am a Mrs.. Cheerful, social, schooling for information that is in my power. I'm retired I can reason with pleasure serving breakfast and everything else that prompted me within the terms of the contract. I hope I have answered this item CASA. .

About the Area
Our house is located in the south of São Paulo capital. It is a cross to one of the well-known streets in the south street. Rua Francisco Morato, near the Mall Butantã. We are about 1 hour from the international airport sao paulo, (Guarulhos) and 1/2 hour of national (Congonhas). The point of the bus stand 5 minutes walk to the main street. With a wide range of buses that go to lots of sao paulo. To the city center ave. São Paulo, bottled without traffic, it takes approximately 25 minutes car or bus. Commerce with various shops on the main street aforesaid. And the nearest metro is 5 minutes by car or bus I hope I have satisfactorily completed the description of the LOCAL AREA

House Rules
I have no restrictions with respect to smoking. Pets also would not mind, since that suits a small cahorrinha we keep the door of the locked garage and independent gate to the entrance of the house. Would be reported when the guests receive visits. I hope this has answered height item HOUSE RULES.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
