Hello there! We are a family of four, living in a big and comfortable house. 3 of us got a busy life working and studying, so the house will be free During the mornings / evenings. It's located in a peaceful neightborhood not far from town, with easy access to public transportation, bus stops, supermarket, drugstores, banks and shopping malls. We Can Provide a safe and comfortable place for young people with basic needs such as a room with internet connection, hot shower, meals, cable television and telephone. The guest will be able to enjoy all the areas in the house if desired. Actually im on extended vacation and i speak fluent Inglês, so i will be able to introduce you to the surroundings, downtown and some nice places around. Also we will Provide meals and anytime you feel hungry you can feel free to eat whatever you want, also there are fast food places all around if you feel like eating something diferent. It's a simple family house but with all the comfort and safety you need for your stay and we will Provide you the best we can.

About the Area
Our house is located at the Northwest side, 10-15 minutes from town by bus. Once i guide you around it will be easy for you to locate yourself wherever you are. Its a quiet neightborhood but its a place where you can listen to your music too loud until A Certain time of the day. Also you'll have all the privacy you need without being disturbed.

Meals

This is a house with a few rules, but we do not tolerate drugs, excessive alcohol, inside tuxedo, disrespect, racism, bullying and / or any other kind of hating act, everyone in this is very receptive house, respective and kind to people and we all respect the types of people too, LGBT public are very welcome.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
