The available room has a single bed with built in wardrobe and an armchair.
The condo has two buildings and an common area with playground, a big swimming pool, a garden and a sports court.
I'm a widow with two daughters living abroad.

The apartment is in the south of Sao Paulo, 3km from Metro Jabaquara, 4km from Metro Conceicao, 5Km from Morumbi Shopping, 7km from Congonhas Airport, 10km from Parque do Ibirapuera.
There's a bus stop in front of the condo, connecting with Itaim Bibi, Metro Concei'cao, Berrini, Osasco, Brooklin and more.
There's a groceries store beside the condo, the neighborhood has schools, churchs, small parks and shops.

House Rules
- You will be sharing the bathroom and toilet with other family members. Please help keep the bathroom clean so that its clean for the next person.
- I will do the washing of clothes, towels and bed linen for everyone. Your clean laundry will be placed back in your bedroom. If you need to iron anything I will show you where the iron and ironing board are stored. If you want to wash any clothes by hand, feel free to use the laundry tub.
- If you wish to use the home telephone (local calls only) please ask me first.
This is a non-smoking home, smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- If you are given a key to the street door it is then your responsibility. Please remember to always lock the door and If you lose the key you will be responsible for the cost of having the lock replaced.
- Smoking is not allowed, but the condo has plenty of open space where you can smoke.
- If you have any queries, just ask!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
