We live in a simple, but big and full of energy house, with our kids, close to the international airport (11km - 15 min), and to the National Arena Corinthians (World Cup stadium - 9km, 13 min), and at 16 km to the center of one of the most huge cities in the world: São Paulo. Our guest room is big and we are ready to host two people, with two single beds and an exclusive bathroom to the guests, LED with cable TV and internet. We just love hanging out, so there are many pubs and events to present, besides cultural places to know, like the Central Market (with countless variety of fruits from the whole world), museums, historic squares and malls if needed. Many options to have fun at the city, with people enjoying que just love it. Our 'strategical headquarters' stays quite close to public transports que may link you to any place in the city, or in the country if you so desire. About the Area
The area is usualy calm at night, once it's a bit away of the center. Going to the mall or anywhere in town is very easy, once there is a bus less than 5 minutes walking point, where you can get the bus (departures each 10 minutes) que connects with the metro station and can link you to wherever you want Within one hour or less. 15 minutes to the World Cup stadium by metro or car. 15 minutes to the international airport, by car. It's posible to go to the airport by bus, but demands more explanation. 16 km from the center. There are good and small markets nearby and groceries can be found Also close to home. The neighborhood is humble and mostly quiet, yet arborized.

House Rules
Silence after 23:00. Keep it clean. Keept the house locked. No pets allowed, unfortunately. No smoking inside the house, there's a big yard for it. Do not bring strangers to the house, talk to us first if you want to receive friends. Meal can be dealed at the place.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
