Our apartment belongs to a gated community with security and concierge service, has 2 bedrooms, being 1 for our guest and 2 bathrooms, being 1 for our guest and can be shared with visitors. the Condominium is 10 minutes from the Tucuruvi subway terminal that gives access to all regions of the city. We are a couple that works during the week, we have a puppy, we like to know other cultures and we will make sure to receive our guest as a family member, which will have access to the kitchen and laundry areas.

About the Area
Our apartment is in a gated community with security in the north of São Paulo.
The neighborhood is bustling and there are several bus stops nearby, including one is practically in front of the condo and the bus takes you to the Tucuruvi Subway Terminal which is 10 minutes away.
The subway line gives access to all destinations in the city and to other means of transport such as train and bus terminal.
There are clothing stores and restaurants with local food in the immediate vicinity, as well as parks which are only a few minutes away by bus.

House Rules
We received our guest as a family member, so cleaning and housekeeping should be maintained by all, the condo has rules with a fine in case of non-compliance, no noise after 22:00, no smoking allowed, guest accompanied only with previous authorization of the owner, we accompany our guest to know the city, we have a beloved puppy.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
