We live in apto.com 5 bedrooms, area of 170 winter m.jardim and service area where there are a couple of rabbits, is a 15 minute walk to the METRO, which will take you to all neighborhoods and downtown WHERE THE SERVICE iS PROVIDED. Located in the largest textile wholesale center in South America, BRÁS-S.PAULO / Capital region. It's two blocks from SOLOMON TEMPLE, sumptuous replica of the former Temple of Solomon in Jerusalem, Israel.
The place is very busy during the day and quiet night for rest, and is also safe, there is a Police Department (civilian and military) in the street of the building where lodge. The streets are well lit and is policed at night with private security guards hired by the shopkeepers.
It is also near the Fair Madrugada, very busy place all night with various products and popular prices. Ideal for those who come to shop in St. Paul.

Our apto.está located near the center / SP ,, BRAS in the neighborhood, where the largest textile wholesale center in South America. Place is quiet and safe. We are 4 miles from downtown and 25 of the International Airport of Guarulhos.

House Rules
Smoking inside the house is not allowed. There is an outdoor area at the bottom of apto.que smoking is permitted. Law of silence after 2200 hours, lock the three gateways to the best apto.para safety, both on arrival and on departure Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean it after use. Our home will be a continuation of her, just stick to the rules.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
