Home Spacious 15 minutes (bus) Tucuruvi Metro. Our family lives in a safe new home (within a condominium safely) with 5 suites, gardens and pool in Sao Paulo North, near the Serra da Cantareira (urban area) and Horto Florestal. We have 3 cats, 4 people living in a 22 year old daughter (Nutritionist) a child of 27 years (Marketeer, DJ and crazy about football), and on weekends we Maw Maw. The Mother speaks Spanish, the English and Spanish father, the son speaks English, Spanish and Italian (basic). The Father and consultant company, was multinational executive, living in various countries. The area of Mae and businesswoman teaching beauty. The Familia enjoy entertaining friends BBQ and good conversation. We have available a suite, with approximately 20 meters, with a double bed. The Neighborhood and medium class and wooded lot.

About the Area
Our house is located in the northern part, called Palms Tremembe, one of the most wooded places of Sao Paulo, fantastic climate, due to the proximity of the Serra da Cantareira and Horto Florestal. Very well served by public transport (15 minutes by bus from the Metro Tucuruvi), sympathetic trade and complete a few meters from the house. The bus stop is less than 5 minutes from the house. Very close, 5 minutes we Ayrton Senna Park with local hiking .. Attractive night - we vilares Dumont Avenue and av. Engineer Caetano Alvares, with several bars with samba circles on the weekend. A little farther Av. Bras Leme, with several restaurants. Area of little traffic and virtually no congestion etc.. Various shopping center and markets (sales of fast foods and fruits) nearby.

House Rules
Keep the minimum noise after 22 hours (Rules condominium). You can use the kitchen, however have to take charge of clean it after use. Use of pool OK.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
