I live in the best areas of São Paulo, the 4oo m from Congonhas Airport. My house is large and spacious, bright and airy. I have no buildings around which gives privacy. The whole house is at your disposal. The region offers several restaurant choices but you can cook and house. We have 24 bus and taxi service to every city. We have attached heated pool for Watsu therapy and water aerobics. We also offer massage therapy and reflexology to relax after a busy day in the largest metropolis of AL after the hype of the World Cup 2014!
Additional Info
I speak English and Spanish in addition to Portuguese, my native language. There are several private parking lots near the house if you need to save your car safely. If you prefer not to take care of your clothes have extra laundry and carpet that can be requested, with list price. We are here for other needs that arise.

About the Area
My house is located 400 m from Congonhas Airport. She is large, airy, well lit. The rooms are bright and well ventilated. I have a balcony and terrace. We have to drive everywhere SP. 24h taxi. Shopping centers and tourist points of interest only minutes away. Plenty of eateries and steakhouses in the vicinity. Supermarkets and pharmacies also in the region. Annex have a therapy center where we have an agreement, and I being a therapist, I can take you to a Watsu for relaxation after a busy day. At home I can offer massage therapy, reflexology and aurículotrapia.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
- You can bring your family and close quarter, but only children above 6 years. - You will have musical instruments if you want to share your art. Or if you prefer you can paint some canvases and bring memories that you have created yourself. - No smoking is permitted in the area of the house, just on the outside, on the sidewalk. - Be careful to keep the house safe as the doors and external doors always closed and locked. - Pets are not allowed. If we need to bring it to the hotel right next pets. - The kitchen is ours! You can use any utensil, just wash it after use and store back in place. - Keep volumes and low noise after 23h. - Do not bring strangers into the house. If you want to bring a friend to know or have a chat with you before suit me. - I have a lady that help me keep the house, if necessary see value in it for you assist in cleaning your need, if she has time.- Our laundry room is at your disposal. If you need to see the values with the lady for her washing and ironing his clothes. - I have an outdoor area to enjoy the outdoors and a chat in the evening with barbecue, hammock, coffee maker and toaster oven to bake cheese bread!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
