Apartment in the Legal Center of São Paulo
My space is near Sé Metro; João Mendes; Freedom. Easy access to all regions of São Paulo. Great for couples, business travelers and leisure travelers. High ceilings, expansive views, airy, spacious property, despite being in the city center, is a property with excellent soundproofing.
In our street, next to our condo has tobacconist and snack.
Within 100 meters, bombonier, grocery store, supermarket, parking 24 hours, bakery and taxi rank.
We are 200mts from the metro station Cathedral, Forum João Mendes Jr and OAB. Flower shop, pharmacy, bookstores, gyms, bars and restaurants make up our neighborhood.
We are 350mts from Ground Zero of the city and from the Cathedral, Bakery Santa Tereza, traditional for its soups and creams served in the morning.
The 500mts have the Law School San Francisco, CAASP.
Only 20 minute walk separates us from the famous and inspiring street March 25, which houses the main shopping center of São Paulo city.

The building is the 60's, with its elevator and all new electrical installations, the building features indoor and outdoor security cameras.
Our Wi-Fi is captured throughout the property extension.
IMPORTANT ** We have no garage, but we are facing a parking lot. We can check the values at the time of booking.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
