I have a son, 13 years old, I want to live an experience in homestay. As a young man, I spent many months in Germany, Argentina and, 13 years ago, in New Zealand. Comfortable, light and airy with sofa bed and wardrobe in two bedroom apartment. You will have electric shower and shared areas will Disposal: kitchen, laundry area and living room and dining. We are less than a block from the Metro station Light blue line encountering the Portuguese Language Museum, Art Gallery and Sala São Paulo. There is bus stop face and a taxi stand in front of the building. You can also rent bikes to 10-minute walk. The neighborhood is very central and has bakeries, markets, restaurants and bars very close, the traditional March 25, plus easy access to hospitals. Walking is visit the Municipal Theatre, the Viaduct Tea and other historic building in the city.The SESC Bom Retiro, with great and extensive cultural program, are just minutes away by bus.

We are in the central area a few minutes' (Metro) from popular Av. Paulista, Ibirapuera Park, Two nearby supermarkets, hospitals, cafeterias (Bob's, MacDonalds, Burger King), three shopppings centers. Far are the airports and the beach.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
