Couple of sociologists, the wife is a college professor at PUC (Catholic University of São Paulo) and I business consultant, executive coach and speaker. Three adult children, independent and professional life in the fields of biology, communication and music. Very beautiful and elegant, with 5 bedrooms, 3 suites, total of 7 bathrooms, a ballroom, barbecue, solarium, office and very diverse library home. Situated in Vila Romana, in very safe, quiet and wooded, with very birds in the region side street. We have a very sweet and loving dog. Good location, close to Magdalene Station (Metro - Green Line) and various bus lines. Ease of displacements for the Paulista Avenue, to downtown St. Paul and to the airports of Congonhas and Guarulhos.

About the Area
Our house is situated in the west of the city of São Paulo, in the ranch houses and tree-lined streets of little movement in the Roman Villa which is a sub-region of Lapa, an old and very popular neighborhood. We are less than 10 km from the city (Cathedral Square) center, 5 km from Avenida Paulista, 12 km from Congonhas airport. This location is favorable to shift to any part of the city from the Madeleine Metro station and many bus routes that pass nearby. It is very easy to move to the area of concentration of healthcare and cultural equipment, in addition to leading universities of São Paulo, as it offers easy access to the Marginal Tietê River Avenues and River Pines. We are close to Free Trade and two municipal markets: the Lapa and Pinheiros Market. We are neighbors of the large concentration of bars and cafes and restaurants Vila Madalena da Bela Vista and Neighborhood Gardens.

We may share the equipment of the house without privileged or preferential treatment. We would have guests who participate in the dynamic of the house treating her like her and keeping us informed of what is relevant to a friendly and socially constructive interaction.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
