We live in a relatively quiet neighborhood, but with everything close by. Fair friday the corner house on the other corner bakery that serves up a simple lunch, and most other restaurants for common kilo here also is close to a small square and the University of São Paulo - USP. Location easy access to 3 km from the Butantan underground - yellow line where you can get to the main sights of the city. We have a little dog - Pheobe - very sociable small. Our house has three bedrooms, one suite we use. Our house is new, the condo has three years of construction. For guests there are two bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a sofa bed small double and a bathroom for guests. It is a house with stairs to climb to the rooms. There is no television in the guest room. We enjoy healthy and whole food with lots of fruits and vegetables.

About the Area
Our house is close to the University of São Paulo - USP gate 3. It is a quiet neighborhood near a small square with a bakery, a few simple restaurants, with a fair on the street every Friday.
The metro is 3 km away. You can walk 2 blocks, 200 meters and take a bus to the subway, Butantã yellow line which can take you to the main sights of the city.

House Rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. There is an outdoor area with grass if you want to smoke, always in a low voice not to disturb the neighbors.
Always lock the doors when entering and leaving.
Pets just our little Pheobe.
Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean it well after use.
Keep noise to a minimum after 22:00 hours.
Do not invite strangers to come into our home.
Not using drugs (marijuana and other toxic substances) or alcohol in the house and the condo will be tolerated.
The area outside of condo faces other residences therefore serves in passing only, not talk or stay outside to not disturb the peace of neighbors.
Enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would treat your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
