I am English teacher. I live in a comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in wooded area. The apartment is very well located, next to a train station, and 15 minutes from the Parque Vila Lobos walk. There are several bars, restaurants and shops around. I have no children and no pets. Fully furnished apartment with balcony and great views of the city.

About the Area
The apartment is located in the city of the western region, in a quiet neighborhood called Vila Leopoldina, famous area for the good bars and fair fruits and Ceasa of vegetables. Leafy neighborhood, great for walking and jogging. The neighborhood also has several entertainment options such as bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is 15 minutes walking from the Parque Vila Lobos. Next to the train station, you can reach the city center in 15 minutes using the train / subway. Easy access to all areas of the city, there are several available bus lines, as well as the train line that connects with several other lines of train and subway.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
