Relax in this house in a quiet and safe location. It is in a family condominium, closed, with only 4 houses, in a residential neighborhood but close to shops, the city center of São Sebastião, and about 100 meters from the avenue with easy public transport and cycle path.
Complete with living room, kitchen, household utensils, furniture, and everything else for your stay. Located less than 150m from the beach, it has a gourmet balcony with barbecue, and a privileged view of the sea and nature!
The house has 3 floors and 3 bedrooms. The third floor is currently closed for improvements.
I have my own room where I sleep with my wife. We don't have children, we are friendly and outgoing.

About the Area
The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. All properties in the area are residential, and the nearest commerce is 250m away from the house, and Praia Deserta is 150m away.
In the house, the guest will have full and exclusive access to the entire property, which consists of 3 (three) private floors. Temporarily only 2 floors are included in the rental. The 3rd floor is undergoing improvements and has no access for guests. It is not a renovation, it is just being redecorated without causing any disturbance to guests.
The house is close to several beaches accessible on foot or by car. The nearest beach is called Praia Deserta, which is approximately 150 meters away from the property, but there is no parking. Other beaches can be found nearby both to the north and south, using the main road.
Near the house you can find supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants with parking, bakeries and takeaways.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
House rules:
1) Please respect your neighbors! Do not use sound equipment, or any other equipment that generates audio or noise at a high volume to the point of disturbing the neighborhood.
2) As it is a family neighborhood, respect your neighbors as they will respect you.
3) Parties and/or meetings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
4) Exotic or large pets are not allowed for hygiene and safety reasons, for example: arachinids, snakes, lizards, and other reptiles. Pets upon prior consultation!
5) The guest is fully responsible for any damage to the property, including goods included or forming part of it.
6) SMOKING is only permitted in the external areas of the property, such as the parking lot, balcony, backyard, terrace, etc... please DO NOT SMOKING inside the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
