beautiful and comfortable home in a fishing village in the coastal town of Saquarema known as the surfing capital. From its balconies you have a magnificent visual unveiling the Atlantic Ocean and the most beautiful lake that gave the name "lakes region", due to its location on the highest part of town. On the other side of the house a beautiful forest. The house is modest but with very tasteful accommodation. Rooms overlooking the sea, air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, fridge, parking spaces, kitchen for use of guests, with fridge, hob, grill, oven, toaster, grill, blender, laundry, bathroom and swimming pool. This is one of the last quiet and away from urban problems places. A remnant paradise.
Our family is composed of only two people, me and my partner, and we live together in this house. Both Civil Engineers. We have a very docile cat, as a pet.
We love peace and tranquility of a life without stress and without the bustle of the metropolis. For this reason, we chose this beautiful city to live.
The biggest attractions of our city, the beautiful beaches are lakes, the local cuisine and regional parties In addition of course, the famous parish of Our Lady of Nazareth, a beautiful church of the 17th century located on top of a hill from where you can see the whole city, the sea and much of the large lagoon of Saquarema.
Our beaches are frequented by both surfers, and by swimmers of all ages. We calm beaches of shallow water and with few waves and also beaches with whitewater. sweet and mixed water beaches, or beaches where there is a meeting of the waters of the lagoon and the sea.

About the Area
Our house is located in the "lakes region" to 4 kilometers from the center of Saquarema and apena 10 minutes from the airport used by private aircraft. There is a bus stop 15 minutes' walk from where you access the entire city until the same bus with interstate destinations. Our house is in remaining quiet rural district of forest, ground road and asphalt this less than 300 meters. water sports and fishing can be practiced in the lagoon of crystal clear 300 meters from our house and 3 kilometers from the Atlantic Ocean (beaches). The city has two hospitals, fire department battalion and lifeguards. Our house has the best and most breathtaking panoramic view in the lakes region.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
